Roads damaged by heavy rains, caution advised By Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan Heavy rains in this evening's thunderstorm caused road damage to Wilson Road and Simpson-Reliford Road in Adair County - please use an alternate route if possible as you travel tonight and tomorrow, July 2 and 3, 2019. Road tiles have washed out and the roads are dangerous in a couple places.
