Mitch Lee, 58, Green County, KY (1960-2019)

Robert Mitchell "Mitch" Lee of Green County, Kentucky, departed this life on Friday, June 28, 2019 in Louisville. He was 58 years, 10 months, and 14 days of age.

Services will be conducted at 1pmCT Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in Green County Memorial Gardens with Bro Dennis Estes, Bro. Junior Milby, and Bro. Jason Wilson officiating. Visitation is requested from 3-8pmCT Monday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT Tuesday until time for the funeral service.



He was the son of Delores Wright "Moma" Lee of Greensburg and the late Frank Lee, was born on Sunday, August 14, 1960 in Louisville.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member and deacon of Allendale Baptist Church. Mitch was a devoted father, grandfather, and husband. He was a retired Pre-Salesman for MGL auto-sale and had worked for Greensburg Bottling Company.

Survived by his wife of 37 years, Bee Lee of Greensburg, having united in marriage on August 15, 1981.

Survivors include

A son - Grant Lee and his wife, Jasmin of Greensburg;

Three grandchildren - Taylor Thompson and his wife, Kelly, Alyssa Thompson and her fiance, Blake Scott, and Gracie Thompson all of Greensburg;

Two brothers and sisters-in-law - Mike and Jennifer Lee of Greensburg, and Patrick and Leslie Lee of Glasgow;

Three sisters and two brothers-in-law - Patty and David VanArsdale, Missy and Brent Curry, and Tammy Lee all of Greensburg; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Veronica and Charles Judd of Greensburg, and Maurice and Delane Wright all of Greensburg.

Mr. Lee was also preceded in death by a sister: Carolyn Norris.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Green County Family Resource Center or Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
