ACSO: 3 arrested for illegal drug activity from Adair & Russell Counties From the office of Sheriff Josh Brockman The Adair County Sheriff's Office arrested three for the illegal sale or distribution of methamphetamine in eastern Adair County. On 5-29-19 , Adair County Sheriffs Office conducted a search warrant for the home of Justin Gilpatrick in the 5000 block of Allen Schoolhouse Road. The residence and it's occupants had been under investigation by the Sheriffs Office for reported drug activity. Around 2amCT Adair Sheriff's Office along with their Drug K-9, Nitro, Russell County Sheriff's Office and Kentucky State Police executed the search warrant . Located during search was approximately 20 grams of Methamphetamine individually bagged. A stolen motorcycle, stolen TV And miscellaneous stolen tools from State dock. Arrested was : Justin Gilpatrick, 26, of Columbia, on charges of: - Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree Methamphetamine - Receiving Stolen Property over 500.00 Dana Kinnett, age 42 of Jamestown, on charges of: - Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine. - Receiving Stolen Property over 500.00 - Tampering with physical evidence Roger D Weston, 33 of Russell Springs on charges of - Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree methamphetamine. - Receiving Stolen Property over 500.00. - Tampering with Physical Evidence. All were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. Adair County Deputy Brandon Hitch is leading the investigation with Assistance from Russell County Sheriffs Office and Kentucky State Police.
