Resolved: Columbia applies for Renaissance This will be the year that Columbia officially takes charge of downtown revitalization as the city council submits its application to the Renaissance Kentucky program. Organizations like Heart of Adair, which initiated the effort in the late '90s, are celebrating the spirit of working together.
