Please help Parnell family after house fire

The family of Angela (Angie) Parnell, 220 Maxie Lane, Columbia KY and her family lost everything in a house fire Thursday, May 9, 2019. If anyone would like to donate clothes, money, household items, furniture, etc please contact one of the following two locations.

Joy Ministries:


  • PO Box 114, Columbia KY 42728, please tag to Angie Parnell
  • Furniture please call: 270-380-1808
  • Drop off items with exception of furniture which needs to be called in may be dropped off Monday-Friday from 1:00 p.m. CST to 5:00 p.m. CST at 411 Greensburg Street, Columbia KY

Adair County Clerk's Office
  • Items may be dropped off at 424 Public Square, Columbia KY 42728, with exception of furniture (please call 270-380-1808) for these items. Monday-Friday 8amCT to 4pmCT AND Saturdays: 8amCT to NoonCT

Family sizes are as follows:
  • Son: 16 years old, shirts (10-12), pants (14 jeans), socks (7), shoes (7 men's)
  • Daughter: 13 years old, Blouse (XL women's), pants/shorts (large, 11/13 women's), socks (9.5), shoes (9.5 women's wide).
  • Son: 7 years, shirt (6/7 youth), pants (6/7 youth), socks (13-1 kids), shoes (13-1 kids)
  • Angie: blouse (m/l women's), pants (medium/large or size 8), and shoes (7.5 women's)
