4. Permission to amend an ordinance (per auditor's request) concerning additional fees on court costs relating to court use

5. Flex and discretionary funding request

6. Executive session - KRS 61.810 (1)(c)- discussion of proposed litigation on behalf of public agency

7. Adjourn
