Cloudy today, high 74F, chance of storms tonight It's currently 62F at the Adair County Mesonet station. It should be mostly cloudy today, with a high near 74F and south wind from 5 to 13 mph. There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 5pmCT, and continuing overnight. Low around 56F, with south wind around 10 mph becoming west after midnight. The chance of overnight precipitation is 80%, and new rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch are possible. Friday brings a 40 percent chance of showers in the morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 67F, and northwest wind 13 to 17 mph, gusting as high as 30 mph.
