KSP: Metcalfe Co. man arrested on indictment charges

Metcalfe Co., KY - Trooper Bobby Maxwell conducted an extensive sexual abuse investigation that resulted in the Metcalfe County Grand Jury returning an indictment on 41 year old Teddy Blakley of Edmonton for Rape 1st degree, victim < 12, Sexual Abuse 1st degree, victim U/12, Rape 1st degree, and Sodomy 1st degree.

Trooper Maxwell arrested Blakley at his residence on Society Hill Rd in Edmonton on February 15th, 2019 at approximately 3:45pmCT.


Blakley was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.


NOTE: An arrest is not a finding of guilt. An individual placed under arrest is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
