Letter - could have been Cane Valley Bank Hunter Durham writes: None of the Stotts Phelps McQueary funeral home was never a part of a jail. The jail was a house with the jail attached which is where the current Adair County Regional Jail is. The best guess is that this was the bank in Cane Valley.
