4-H Camp sign-ups for boys and girls begin March 1, 2019

4-H Camp sign-ups begin March 1, 2019. Spots fill on a first-come-first-served basis and there is a non-refundable fee. Scholarship applications to attend 4-H camp will be available after the up-front deposit is made. Sign-ups are taken at the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia anytime, starting March 1st.



Once the deposit is made, applicants will receive the 4-H Camp Packet with all necessary camp information.

There are camping spots available for approximately 25 boys and 50 girls. Youth from Adair County can go camping at Lake Cumberland 4-H Center June 3-7, 2019, with 4-H’ers from Green, Marion and Wayne Counties.

Campers will take part in an organized program of activities such as swimming, boating, archery, hiking, crafts, outdoor education, folk games, campfires, group sports and more. There'll be new friends and you'll learn more about citizenship, leadership, and getting along with others.

Remember these dates:

March 1, 2019 until spots are full -Camp Applications accepted, along with the $50.00 non-refundable deposit.

May 1, 2019 - remaining fees, along with Camp Packet due to the Extension Office.
