1st Item: Motion to Approve minutes from the December 3, 2018 regular called meeting.

2nd Item: Motion to Hire School Resource Officer for the Adair County School System, subject to the City of Columbia policy and procedures employment process and police officers selection committee.

3rd Item: Motion to Allocate 10% annually to a newly established City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department. This department will be funded by Occupational Tax revenue.

4th Item: City of Columbia Fire Department Chief Mike Glasgow - Future purchase of truck.

5th Item: Motion to Authorize Mayor Pamela Hoots to sign any documentation with Eisenstein Malanchuk LLP, in reference to the Historic Insurance Recovery Fee agreement.
