Linda K. Jeffries Henderson, 67, Greensburg, KY (1951-2018)

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Mrs. Linda K. Jeffries Henderson of Greensburg, Kentucky passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018, at her home. She was 67 years old.

The funeral services for Mrs. Linda K. Jeffries Henderson will be conducted at NoonCT on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main St., Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Neagle Cemetery. Bro. Casey Durrett will be officiating.

Visitation is requested after 9:30amCT on Friday, December 28, 2018, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.


Mrs. Linda K. Jeffries Henderson of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Sylvester Jeffries and Elsie Bell Wilson Jeffries, was born on Friday, June 22, 1951 in Green County and departed this life on Monday, December 24, 2018 at her home. She was 67 years of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Survived by her husband of 49 years, James Henderson of Greensburg, having united in marriage on August 18, 1969.

Other survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: Diane and Mark Tucker, Patsy and Allen Bishop all of Greensburg, and Jamie and Steven Jackson of Knob Lick; six grandchildren: Michelle Tucker Judd, Ryan Tucker, Chance Bishop, Chase Bishop, Dylan Jackson, and Lily Jackson; one great-grandchild: Makaylah Judd; three sisters and a brother-in-law: Joyce and Cecil Coffee, Jolene Jeffries, Rita Sluder all of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Henderson was also preceded in death by two sisters: Pam Moore, and Barbara Wright.

PALLBEARERS: Michelle Judd, Ryan Tucker, Chance Bishop, Chase Bishop, Dylan Jackson, Lily Jackson, Mark Tucker, Allen Bishop, Steven Jackson.

Memorials are suggested to the Neagle Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
