Gail Arvin Clark, 57, Lebanon, KY (1961-2018) When she wasn't babysitting her grandkids and could find a pleasant day, she was often outside enjoying the freedom of the road on a motorcycle. Gail Arvin Clark departed this life on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at the age of 57. There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Clark on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 2pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro Charlie Blevins will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, Dec. 23, from 11amET until time for the service. Mrs. Gail Clark of Lebanon, daughter of the late Tracy and Lorene (Simpson) Arvin, was born on January 24, 1961. She departed this life on Thursday, December 20, 2018, being 57 years, 10 months, and 29 days of age. She was a former employee of the Springfield Redrying Plant and McDonalds Corporation, and was a homemaker. When she wasn't babysitting her grandkids and could find a pleasant day, she was often outside enjoying the freedom of the road on a motorcycle. She leaves to mourn her passing:
