ACSO responds to Injury Accident on Russell Springs Road On Monday, December, 10th, 2018, Adair County Deputy Josh Durbin was dispatched to a two-vehicle injury accident around eight miles East of Columbia on Russell Springs Road. The accident took place when 82-year-old Joe Conover of Columbia was West bound in a 1996 Dodge Dakota when he attempted to make a left turn into a private driveway and pulled into the path of a 2005 Chrysler being operated by 52-year-old Robert McCann of Columbia. A passenger in the McCann vehicle, Patricia McCann, also of Columbia, was taken By Adair County EMS to TJ Health in Columbia for treatment of her injuries. Deputy Durbin is the investigating officer and was assisted on the scene by the Adair County EMS. This story was posted on 2018-12-10 12:55:35
