Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed, 5 Dec 2018

Indictments brought against six individuals from Greensburg, KY, on charges including theft, robbery, and possession.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 5 December 2018:

  • Tara N. Hutcherson, Gabe Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00077. Charged with 29 counts. Counts 1-28 - Theft of identity of another without consent. Count 29 - TBUT or disposition all others $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Daulton W. Curry, Campbellsville Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00078. Chared with 4 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs/alcohol, no violations of the law, no possession of firearms.

  • Matthew Stone, Hall Cememtery Rd, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00079. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • Terry W. Graves, Bramlett Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00080. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Sandy L. Helton, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00081. Chraged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $50,000.

  • James H. Patterson, Jr., Patterson Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00082. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by failure to make required disposition of property. Bond set at $5,000/USB, no contact with victim.
