Mildred Hardee Willson, 93, Campbellsville, KY (1925-2018)

Mildred was co-owner of Willson's Blue Bunny with her husband, George. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.

Mildred Hardee Willson of Campbellsville, KY, died at 7:50amET, Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Campbellsville. She was 93 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, with Dr. James E. Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.

Visitation is requested from 11amET until 2pmET on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.


Mildred Hardee Willson of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Charles Otis Hardee and Rubye Arlene Adams Hardee, was born July 1, 1925 in Pearl River County, Mississippi. She died at 7:50 A.M., Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Campbellsville, KY, at the age of 93.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.

Mildred was co-owner of Willson's Blue Bunny with her husband, George. They also owned and operated three other shops in Florida after moving there for several years.

Mildred united in marriage to George H. Willson June 1, 1947, and he preceded her in death on October 28, 2001. She was a loving and devoted wife to her beloved husband.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Gertrude Olivia Hardee.

She is survived by special friends and caregivers Shirley Buckner and Shirley Bright of Campbellsville, and many other friends.

PALLBEARERS: Bill Chandler, Rick Davis, Bob Elzy, Rhea Larimore, Phillip Moss, Terry Pennington.
