Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 13 NOV 2018

Indictments brought against 14 individuals from Campbellsville, Lexington, Nicholasville, Greensburg, and Raywick, KY, and Ft. Myers, FL, on charges including theft, assualt, burglary, wanton endangerment, possession, flight, DUI, and terroristic threatening.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 13 November 2018:


  • John Robert Mitchell, Red Cedar Lane, Fort Myers, FL Indictment No. 18-CR-00281. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with the complaining witness.

  • Stephanie E. Wolfe, Dixie Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00282. Charged with 26 counts. Counts 1-26 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $13,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Stephanie E. Wolfe, Dixie Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00283-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with Tonya Gowdy or Francis J. Martin.

  • Francis J. Martin, Layton Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00283-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 USB, no contact with Tonya Gowdy or Stephanie Wolfe.

  • Jacquelyn Y. Murphy, Versailles Rd., Lexington, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00284. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Drakkar Richardson, Clem Haskins Blvd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00285. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Counts 3-4 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 5 - Menacing. Count 6 - Disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000/10%, no contact 510 Clem Haskins B, no contact with victims.

  • Charles R. Waggoner, Jr., AKA Robby Waggoner, Sportsman Lake Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00286. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Unlawful imprisonment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Assault, 4th degree (domestic), 3rd+ within 5 years. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Jeffery H. Wright, Pembroke Way, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00287. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 2-8 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Bond set at $50,000 cash, no contact with victims/premises.

  • Jeffery H. Wright, Pembroke Way, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00287. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 3 - No/expired registration plates. Bond set at $12,000/10%.

  • David G. Bridgewater, Willow Way, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00289. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (MV). Count 2 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (on foot). Count 3 - Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Count 4 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Count 5 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 6 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 7 - No registration plates. Count 8 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 cash.

  • Joshua A. Milby, Countryview Court, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00291. Charged with 22 counts. Counts 1-5 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree, police officer. Counts 6-9 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 10 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (MV). Count 11 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (on foot). Count 12 - Resisting arrest. Count 13 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, 2nd. Count 14 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 15 - Menacing. Count 16 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 17 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 18 - Speeding 26MPH over limit. Count 19 - Disregarding traffic control device, traffic light. Count 20 - Improper passing. Count 21 - Improperly on left side of road. Count 22 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $30,000 cash.

  • Roy A. Garrett, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00292. Charged with 9 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 3 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Count 4 - Failure to notify address change to department of transportation. Count 5 - Failure to or improper signal. Count 6 - Improper equipment. Count 7 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 8 - Careless driving. Count 9 - Failure to produce insurance card. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with the complaining witness.

  • Joseph Wise, Clear Creek Rd., Raywick, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00293. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana, 8oz-5lb, 1st offense. Bond set at $500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

Count 2 - Criminal possession of forged instrument, 1st degree. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, drug unspecified. Bond set at $5,000 cash, no contact with victim.
