Treats on the Town moved to Tuesday due to expected weather By Josh Brockman, PIO, Columbia Police Department The annual Treats on the Town Halloween event that was scheduled for Wednesday night, October 31, 2018 has been rescheduled to 4pmCT to 7pmCT on Tuesday night, October 30, 2018, because of expected rainy weather on Wednesday evening.
