Russell County woman shot and killed in Coe's parking lot By Larry J. Smith, General Manager, The Big Dawg, FM 99.9 radio A 32-year-old Russell County woman was reportedly shot and killed in the parking lot of Coe's Steakhouse restaurant just off Steve Wariner Drive in Russell Springs, KY at approximately 2pmCT this afternoon, Saturday, October 27, 2018. 42-year-old Jason Clark of Jamestown is in custody in Russell County for allegedly shooting 32-year-old Brandy Renee Johnson of Russell Springs. Johnson was pronounced dead at the Russell County Hospital after having been shot three times. The Russell Springs Police Department is handling the investigation, with assistance of the Russell County Sheriff's Office and the Kentucky State Police. Clark is expected to be charged with murder.
