LWC JOB OPEN: Service Center Manager
Lindsey Wilson College has an immediate opening for the position of Service Center Manger. We are looking for an energetic and alert person who works well as a team player to manage the operation of the campus mailroom.
Duties include but are not limited to: the day to day management of the mailroom/switchboard which includes the reception, sorting and distribution of a large volume of campus mail; preparation of outgoing mail and packages; provision of copier services; switchboard operation; and supervision of student workers.
This person must be honest, reliable, attentive to detail, customer service oriented, and work well with the public. The right applicant will be: a self-starter; able to multi-task; have prior managerial skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, G-mail, and have a good understanding of office related communications; and be able to lift up to 55 pounds. This is a full-time management position with an excellent benefits package. High school diploma/GED is required as well as experience related to the position.
