Glen T. Corbin, 68, Sparksville, KY (1956-2024)

Glen Thomas Corbin of the Sparksville community of Adair County died on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at his home. He was 68 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 2pmCT on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Robert Adkins and Bro. Dave Book officiating. Burial will follow in Roach Cemetery, will full military honors presented by V.F.W. Post 6097.

Visitation is requested after 11amCT on Saturday.


He was born March 20, 1956, in Adair County, to the late James Molen and Ida Ezola Janes Corbin. Glen was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, a member of Sparksville Baptist Church, worked at Osh Kosh B'Gosh and a farmer.

Survivors include:
  • Four sisters - Genette Burton (Ronnie) of Indiana, Maxine Froedge, Anita Franklin, Debbie Furkin (Tony) all of Columbia
  • Three brothers - Fred Corbin (Teresa), Ronnie Corbin (Janet), Michael Corbin (Tammy) all of Columbia
  • Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
Casket Bearers: Jeremy Franklin, Matthew Corbin, Josh Furkin, Christopher Corbin, Daniel Froedge, Frankie Froedge

Honorary: Freddie Corbin, Serena Corbin, Randy Burton
