Preschool Screening and Enrollment on May 10 and 17

Screening and Enrollment for Preschool for Adair County students for the 2024-2025 school year will take place on Friday, May 10, 2024, and Friday, May 17, 2024, at Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Dr, Columbia, KY.

Registrants should enter through Door #13 between 8amCT and 2pmCT. Please bring a state-certified birth certificate, physical (within a year), eye exam (within a year), proof of up-to-date immunizations, proof of income, and custody paperwork.
